摘要:

Water pollution has become an urgent issue for our modern society, and it is highly desirable to rapidly deal with the water pollution without secondary pollution. In this paper, we have prepared a reduced graphene oxide (RGO) wrapped sponge with superhydrophobicity and mechanically flexibility via a facile low-temperature thermal treatment method under a reducing atmosphere. The skeleton of this sponge is completely covered with RGO layers which are closely linked to the skeleton. This sponge has an abundant pore structure, high selectivity, good recyclability, low cost, and outstanding adsorption capacity for floating oil or heavy oil underwater. In addition, this sponge can maintain excellent adsorption performance for various oils and organic solvents over 50 cycles by squeezing, and exhibits extremely high separation efficiencies, up to 6 × 106 and 3.6 × 106 L·m−3·h−1 in non-turbulent and turbulent water/oil systems, respectively. This superhydrophobic adsorbent with attractive properties may find various applications, especially in large-scale removal of organic contaminants and oil spill cleanup.

Gain-enhanced reconfigurable radiation array with mechanically driven system and directive elements

摘要: In the artificial intelligence-driven modern wireless communication system, antennas are required to be reconfigurable in terms of size according to changing application scenarios. However, conventional antennas with constant phase distributions cannot achieve enhanced gains in different reconfigurable sizes. In this paper, we propose a mechanically reconfigurable radiation array (RRA) based on miniaturized elements and a mechanically reconfigurable system to obtain gain-enhanced antennas in compact and deployed states. A five-element RRA with a phase-reconfigurable center element is designed and analyzed theoretically. The experimental sample has been fabricated, driven by a deployable frame with only one degree of freedom to realize the size and phase distribution reconfiguration simultaneously to validate the enhanced gains of RRA. The proposed RRA can be tessellated into larger arrays to achieve higher gains in other frequency regimes, such as terahertz or photonics applications with nanometer fabrication technology.

讨论了工程承包联营体环境动荡性评价指标和工程承包联营体柔性评价指标以及相应的评价方法。通过柔性分析,可以判断出工程承包联营体各方面的柔性程度能否与其相应的环境和内外部因素相适应,并为制订调整联营体柔性度的措施提供帮助,进而提高联营体的管理水平和竞争力。

An extended thermo-mechanically coupled algorithm for simulation of superelasticity and shape memory

摘要: Thermo-mechanical coupling in shape memory alloys is a very complicated phenomenon. The heat generation/absorption during forward/reverse transformation can lead to temperature-dependent variation of its mechanical behavior in the forms of superelasticity and shape memory effect. However, unlike the usual assumption, slow loading rate cannot guarantee an isothermal process. A two-dimensional thermo-mechanically coupled algorithm is proposed based on the original model of Lagoudas to efficiently model both superelasticity and shape memory effects and the influence of various strain rates, aspect ratios and boundary conditions. To implement the coupled model into a finite element code, a numerical staggered algorithm is employed. A number of simulations are performed to verify the proposed approach with available experimental and numerical data and to assess its efficiency in solving complex SMA problems.

Response in piled raft foundation of tall chimneys under along-wind load incorporating flexibility of

摘要: The present paper deals with the numerical analysis of tall reinforced concrete chimneys with piled raft foundation subjected to along-wind loads considering the flexibility of soil. The analysis was carried out using finite element method on the basis of direct method of soil-structure interaction (SSI). The linear elastic material behavior was assumed for chimney, piled raft and soil. Four different material properties of soil stratum were selected in order to study the effect of SSI. The chimney elevation and the thickness of raft of piled raft foundation were also varied for the parametric study. The chimneys were assumed to be located in terrain category 2 and subjected to a maximum wind speed of 50 m/s as per IS:875 (Part 3)-1987. The along-wind loads were computed according to IS:4998 (Part 1)-1992. The base moments of chimney evaluated from the SSI analysis were compared with those obtained as per IS:4998 (Part 1)-1992. The tangential and radial bending moments of raft of piled raft foundation were evaluated through SSI analysis and compared with those obtained from conventional analysis as per IS:11089-1984, assuming rigidity at the base of the raft foundation. The settlements of raft of piled raft foundation, deflection of pile and moments of the pile due to interaction with different soil stratum were also evaluated. From the analysis, considerable reduction in the base moment of chimney due to the effect of SSI is observed. Higher radial moments and lower tangential moments were obtained for lower elevation chimneys with piled raft resting on loose sand when compared with conventional analysis results. The effect of SSI in the response of the pile is more significant when the structure-foundation system interacts with loose sand.

摘要: production is regarded as a new production mode and derived from the production site of Japanese electronics industry. This production mode is proposed to overcome the low flexibility of the assembly line. production has been successfully implemented in Japanese electronics industry, such as Canon and Sony. Benefits from production include rapid response, good flexibility, and high productivity. production has received extensive attention in academic research and production practice. This study reviews the background, characteristics, types, and operation of production. The advantages and applicable scenes of production are summarized from the perspective of business practice. We compare production and famous production modes, i.e., assembly line, cellular manufacturing, and Toyota Production System. The literature on production is surveyed and classified. Furthermore, future research directions are provided.

Effect of earth reinforcement, soil properties and wall properties on bridge MSE walls

摘要: Mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) retaining walls are popular for highway bridge structures. They have precast concrete panels attached to earth reinforcement. The panels are designed to have some lateral movement. However, in some cases, excessive movement and even complete dislocation of the panels have been observed. In this study, 3-D numerical modeling involving an existing MSE wall was undertaken to investigate various wall parameters. The effects of pore pressure, soil cohesion, earth reinforcement type and length, breakage/slippage of reinforcement and concrete strength, were examined. Results showed that the wall movement is affected by soil pore pressure and reinforcement integrity and length, and unaffected by concrete strength. Soil cohesion has a minor effect, while the movement increased by 13–20 mm for flexible geogrid reinforced walls compared with the steel grid walls. The steel grid stresses were below yielding, while the geogrid experienced significant stresses without rupture. Geogrid reinforcement may be used taking account of slippage resistance and wall movement. If steel grid is used, non-cohesive soil is recommended to minimize corrosion. Proper soil drainage is important for control of pore pressure.

Design of a novel side-mounted leg mechanism with high flexibility for a multi-mission quadruped earth

摘要: Earth rover is a class of emerging wheeled-leg robots for nature exploration. At present, few methods for these robots’ leg design utilize a side-mounted spatial parallel mechanism. Thus, this paper presents a complete design process of a novel 5-degree-of-freedom (5-DOF) hybrid leg mechanism for our quadruped earth rover BJTUBOT. First, a general approach is proposed for constructing the novel leg mechanism. Subsequently, by evaluating the basic locomotion task (LT) of the rover based on screw theory, we determine the desired motion characteristic of the side-mounted leg and carry out its two feasible configurations. With regard to the synthesis method of the parallel mechanism, a family of concise hybrid leg mechanisms using the 6-DOF limbs and an L1F1C limb (which can provide a constraint force and a couple) is designed. In verifying the motion characteristics of this kind of leg, we select a typical (3-UPRU&RRRR)&R mechanism and then analyze its kinematic model, singularities, velocity mapping, workspace, dexterity, statics, and kinetostatic performance. Furthermore, the virtual quadruped rover equipped with this innovative leg mechanism is built. Various basic and specific LTs of the rover are demonstrated by simulation, which indicates that the flexibility of the legs can help the rover achieve multitasking.

住宅建筑需求侧柔性——定义、柔性负荷及量化方法 Review

摘要:

本文综述了近年来关于住宅建筑需求侧柔性的定义、柔性负荷及柔性量化方法方面的研究。首先,针对建筑需求侧柔性、运行柔性和能源柔性等不同的术语,进行了系统的比较和区分;其次,对住宅建筑主要柔性负荷的运行特性和柔性能力进行了总结和比较;再次,对柔性负荷的建模方法和柔性量化指标也进行了详细的综述和总结。最后,提出了当前建筑需求侧柔性领域存在的一些亟待解决的问题。研究结果表明当前针对住宅建筑需求侧柔性的研究主要以中央空调、储水式电热水器、湿电器、冰箱和照明为主,分别占现有研究的36.7%、25.7%、14.7%、9.2%和8.3%。这些柔性负荷在运行特性、使用频率和柔性能力
方面存在较大的差异,而对于它们实际的响应特性有待进一步研究。此外,本文给出了用于柔性负荷建模的白箱、灰箱和黑箱模型在不同应用场合下适用性的建议;对于柔性量化指标,现有研究主要从功率、时间、能量、效率、经济性和环保性等维度提出了大量的指标,但是缺少统一的柔性量化体系。本文能够帮助读者更好地理解建筑需求侧柔性、区分与柔性相关的不同的术语、了解住宅建筑不同柔性负荷的运行特性和柔性能力,同时也能为柔性负荷的建模和柔性量化的相关研究提供指导。

Meshing stiffness property and meshing status simulation of harmonic drive under transmission loading

摘要: The multitooth meshing state of harmonic drive (HD) is an important basic characteristic of its high transformation precision and high bearing capacity. Meshing force distribution affects the load sharing of the tooth during meshing, and theoretical research remains insufficient at present. To calculate the spatial distributed meshing forces and loading backlashes along the axial direction, an iterative algorithm and finite element model (FEM) is proposed to investigate the meshing state under varied transmission loading. The displacement formulae of meshing point under tangential force are derived according to the torsion of the flexspline cylinder and the bending of the tooth. Based on the relationship of meshing forces and circumferential displacements, meshing forces and loading backlashes in three cross-sections are calculated with the algorithm under gradually increased rotation angles of circular spline, and the results are compared with FEM. Owing to the taper deformation of the cup-shaped flexspline, the smallest initial backlash and the earliest meshing point appear in the front cross-section far from the cup bottom, and then the teeth in the middle cross-section of the tooth rim enter the meshing and carry most of the loading. Theoretical and numerical research show that the flexibility is quite different for varied meshing points and tangential force amplitude because of the change of contact status between the flexspline and the wave generator. The meshing forces and torsional stiffness of the HD are nonlinear with the torsional angle.

Analysis of the dynamic stress of planar flexible-links parallel robots

摘要: This paper presents a method for the dynamic stress analysis of planar parallel robots with flexible links and a rigid moving platform. The finite element-based dynamic model of flexible parallel robots is proposed. The relation between elastic deformations and elastic displacements of the flexible links is investigated, considering the coupling effects of elastic motion and rigid motion. The elastic deformations of links are calculated. Considering the effects of bending-shearing strain and tensile-compression strain, the dynamic stress of the links and its position are derived by using the Kineto-Elastodynamics theory and the Timoshenko beam theory. Due to the flexibility of the links, the dynamic stresses are well illustrated through numerical simulation. Compared with the results of the finite element software SAMCEF, the numerical simulation results show the good coherence and advantages of the analysis method. The dynamic stress analysis is demonstrated to have a significant impact on the analysis, design and control of flexible parallel robots.

Effect of succinic acid deamidation-induced modification on wheat gluten

摘要: The effect of succinic acid deamidation-induced modification on wheat gluten was investigated in the present study. The changes of surface hydrophobicity, functional properties, secondary structure, and sensibility of proteolysis of modified samples were determined. The solubility of deamidated proteins increased in the isoelectric region of untreated wheat gluten. The isoelectric point of succinic acid deamidated wheat gluten was shifted to a basic pH and existed in the broad pH regions. Foaming property and molecular flexibility of wheat gluten were improved after the modification. The hydrolysis degree of the hydrolysates in proteolysis with flavorzyme and pancreatin increased after succinic acid deamidation. Moreover, succinic acid deamidation-induced modification resulted in little change in molecular weight and secondary structure of the protein. Thus, succinic acid could facilitate unfolding protein conformation. In addition, it could improve protein-water interactions, surface properties, and sensibility of the proteolysis of the deamidated wheat gluten.

21世纪以来,研究者对轻质和高强力学性能的天然蜘蛛丝、蚕丝纤维投入了大量研究。受此研究启发,诸多人工纺丝技术(湿法纺丝、干法纺丝、电纺等)被先后开发,并用以制造坚固的蛋白纤维。然而,传统纺丝手段对所制纤维的控制能力较差。针对此问题,微流控技术已与这些技术完成良好的结合,实现了以精心设计的方式制造生物纤维,且具有操作简单和成本效益的特点。通过控制微流体通道的类型、大小、流速和剪切力,可以精确调节所制造纤维的机械行为。该技术已成功用于制造广泛的蛋白纤维,并推进了蛋白纤维的生产效率及其在各个领域的应用。本文综述了基于微流控技术的蛋白纤维的设计及制造的最新进展。首先简要讨论了天然蜘蛛丝的纺丝过程和微流控技术的纺丝过程。进而,着重讨论了通过微流控技术再生的蛋白纤维的制造及其力学性能,接着讨论了重组蛋白纤维。此外,对其他来源的蛋白纤维也进行了详细回顾。最后,对制造蛋白纤维的微流控技术的发展进行了简要总结与展望。

基于深度学习技术的集群电动汽车及家庭热水系统灵活性预测 Article

随着电网中间歇性可再生能源发电规模的增大,为了保证电能质量和频率的稳定性,电网对可控资源的需求也随之增加。需求响应(demand response, DR)资源的灵活性已成为解决这一问题的一个有价值的方法。然而,目前关于DR资源的灵活性预测问题尚未得到充分的研究。本研究应用一种深度学习技术,即结合时间卷积神经网络的Transformer模型(temporal convolution network-combined transformer)来预测电动汽车与家庭热水系统两种DR资源的聚合灵活性。所提出的灵活性预测方法使用了基于DR资源的历史用电数据以及为了辅助预测所提出的DR信号数据。所提方法不仅可以预测聚合灵活性的大小,还可以预测其维持时间。最后,本文通过算例仿真验证了灵活性预测结果的准确性。仿真结果表明,在不同的灵活性维持时间下,DR资源灵活性的大小会发生变化。文中所提出的DR资源灵活性预测方法展现了其在释放需求侧资源的灵活性以向电网提供备用容量方面的应用。
